Discovery & Planning
We dove into Edward's goals and the full scope of what the system needed to do — automate a Call of Duty workflow across multiple physical machines, tie it to a subscription system, and let Discord users control it. Every component was mapped out and priced before a line was written.

Design & Prototyping

Development with Milestones
Full-stack build across five components — PC automation agents, Discord bot, website, Stripe payment system, and admin dashboard. We ran two-week sprints with weekly demos on a live staging environment, so Edward saw real progress at every step.

- TypeScript Discord bot as the primary user control interface
- React + TypeScript website with Stripe subscription integration
- Supabase backend and custom API powering all components
- Cloudflare tunnels for secure machine-to-cloud connectivity
- AI-powered admin dashboard with username moderation and analytics
Testing & Quality Assurance
Two full weeks of QA across every component — cross-browser, cross-device, load testing, and full end-to-end flow testing from Discord command through to machine response. Zero critical bugs made it to production.

- Cross-browser and mobile QA on the website and payment flow
- Stripe webhook reliability testing under concurrent load

Launch & Post-Launch Support
We handled the full production deployment — DNS, SSL, Vercel, Cloudflare configuration, uptime monitoring. Edward flipped the switch on day one with 500+ users already waiting. We moved immediately into ongoing support for maintenance and new features.
